Passivation Chemicals

These chemicals are used in cooling towers to create a passivation layer before the stgart up of the cooling tower treatment program. These chemicals are generally used in a new system or in an existing system after the system cleaning process.

Bio Dispersants

These chemicals are used to disperse the micro organisms in the cooling water systems. Once dispersed into the cooling systems, the biocides can then act and kill the micro organisms. These chemicals prevent bio films from forming in the cooling systems.

Multifunctional Product

Oxidising Biocides

Catalyst Chem’s cooling tower oxidising biocides include CW 111 (solid chlorince biocide). CW 112, CW 115 (precursor for chlorine dioxide) & NS 1530.

Non Oxidising Biocides

These chemicals are used to control the formation of bacteria, algae, fungi & various other micro organisms which can occur in a cooling water system. Catalyst Chem provides different ranges of non oxidising biocides depending upon the nature & degree of the microbiological growth in the system.

Anticalents & Mineral Dispersants

These chemicals are closed in the cooling tower to prevent scaling from happening in the cooling systems. Iron, Silica, etc. Catalyst Chem has various combinations of the best quality antiscalent and minieral dispersants available to address scaling issues in your system.

Cooling System Descaling Compounds

These chemicals are used as cleaning agents for scaled up cooling systems. Catalyst Chem offers different descaling compounds depending on the nature of scale & the metallurgy present of the system.

Hot Water Corrosion Inhibitors

These chemicals are closed to prevent corrosion from happening in systems where water temperature is on the higher side (55 - 80) degrees celsius. Corrosion rate increases with the increase in temperature and these chemicals are closed to provide sstrong corrosion protection in such systems.

Catalyst Chem’s hot water corrosion inhibitors include CW 619 & CW 620.

Chilled Water & Close Loop Corrosion inhibitors

These chemicals are generally nitrite/molybdate/silicate/organic based chemicals which are closed in chilled water circuits to prevent corrosion from happening in such systems.

Yellow Metal Corrosion Inhibiors

These chemicals are closed in the cooling towers to prevent corrosion from happening in the Copper/Amiralty Brass/Cupro Nickel pipelines & other parts of the cooling systems. These corrosion inhibitors are azole based chemicals.

Mild Steel & Stainless Steel Corrosion Inhibitors

These chemicals are closed in the cooling towers to prevent corrosion from happening in the MS/SS/GI pipelines & other parts of the cooling systems. These chemicals are generally Zinc & Orthophosphate based.
